Use in a lotion for a relaxing massage, add to a milk bath for a comforting, warm, calming bath, or diffuse before bedtime to help you calm down and prepare for a good night’s rest.
Aromatic: Diffuse using 3-4 drops per 100 mL of water.
Topical: Dilute to a maximum of 3% in a carrier.
