Alexandre's Eco Dairy Whole Milk has 4% milkfat – 24% more than the nationally standardized 3.24% milkfat in other Whole milk on the market. Their cool, coastal climate provides green grass 365 days a year – a constant source of nourishment for their unique blend of crossbreed cows, and results in milk with higher Omega 3s and CLAs (conjugated linoleic acids). All Alexandre Eco Dairy milks are ultra-pasteurized to give them an extended shelf life for staying fresh longer in your fridge!
Alexandre Family Farm's Eco Diary 4% Whole Milk is homogenized and ultra high temp pasteurized. It is A2/A2, certified regenerative, humane, and organic, and comes from the same pasture-based cows that enjoy life on their northern California grass pastures.
Their diverse herd of A2/A2 cows convert rich pasture into high butterfat, nutrient-dense A2/A2 beta-casein protein milk. The Alexandre family is proud of their farming practices and customer feedback that people are now able to enjoy dairy again thanks to their A2/A2 organic milk.
About the producer
As fourth-generation dairy farmers with over 40 years of experience, Blake and Stephanie Alexandre founded Alexandre Family Farm in 1988 in Crescent City, Calif., and began bottling their milk in 2017. Alongside their family, they operate the only certified regenerative, organic, and humane 100% A2/A2 dairy in the United States.
Their herd of cows only produces 100% organic A2/A2 milk, which is easier for some people with sensitivities to digest. Over the past two decades, they have been carefully cross-breeding their herd so their cows do not have the A1 protein. A2/A2 organic milk gives many people the freedom to enjoy real dairy again!
