Omnivore Salt is a pleasing blend of natural sea salt, harvested from the salt beds off the coast of Northern California, and organic spices. It's great as a rub on meat and fish, on vegetables, in soups and stews, sprinkled on top of eggs, or added to your salad dressing for a little kick.
About the producer
Omnivore was founded by Angelo Garro at the end of 2013, thanks to the enthusiastic support of thousands of Kickstarter contributors and the San Francisco food community. This inspired the launch of their first product Omnivore Salt, a spiced salt blend defined by Alice Waters as “indispensable." Their seasonings and condiments are made in small batches and when possible, locally sourced. All our blends will enhance the natural flavors of your dishes, and are easy to use across any type of cuisine, by anyone—from the novel cook to the expert chef.
