This organic apricot apple sauce is made in Sonoma County from organic apples blended with a natural apricot purée. For an unexpected treat, gently heat the apricot apple sauce, drizzle with cool cream and garnish with any ruby red fruit.

About the producer

John Kolling of Solana Gold Organics makes fresh apple juice, applesauce and apple cider vinegar with Gravenstein apples grown on his farm. He has been farming his organic apples since the 1970s, with trees that have been around on the property for 100 years. The Gravenstein apples are carefully hand-picked immediately before being turned into Solana Gold’s delicious apple products.
