Grown in Sonoma County, this organic apple sauce is made from Gravenstein apples, many of them from trees over 100 years old. These trees are purposely not irrigated, forcing the trees to seek moisture which builds character and intensifies the flavor.

About the producer

John Kolling of Solana Gold Organics makes fresh apple juice, applesauce and apple cider vinegar with Gravenstein apples grown on his farm. He has been farming his organic apples since the 1970s, with trees that have been around on the property for 100 years. The Gravenstein apples are carefully hand-picked immediately before being turned into Solana Gold’s delicious apple products.
