This limited edition, mild heirloom salsa is made with organic heirloom tomatoes, grown on our Capay Organic farm, chiles, vinegar, cumin, onion, cilantro and salt. This salsa is mellow on spice with a tad bit of sweetness that come from the heirloom tomatoes. In addition to eating it with tortilla chips, add a spoonful on top of your omelet for an awesome south western flavor.
