Shrubs are a very old fashioned way of preserving fruit juice with vinegar and spices. It makes amazingly refreshing drinks! Made with organic ingredients including organic peaches, apple cider vinegar, cane sugar and spices. You can add it directly to sparkling water in a ratio of 1:5 for the best "mock-tail" at the party. You can also add a little vodka for a kick. Shrubs are your secret trick in the kitchen for making all sorts of great drinks and sauces. That is just the beginning. Think of anything that needs sweet and sour and add a splash of shrub! Not certified organic.
