Most people agree that Straus Family Creamery’s Organic Nonfat Milk is sweeter and richer than any skim milk they’ve ever tasted. It’s the skim milk with the full-bodied flavor of low-fat milk.
This Organic Nonfat Milk is pasteurized at 171°F for 18 seconds. Unlike most milk, which is ultra-pasteurized (at or above 280°F for at least two seconds), this lower heat pasteurization process preserves the true flavor of the cows’ diet of sweet pasture grasses.
