Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
These farm-to-oven cookies from The Upper Crust Baking Co. are seriously good. Yes, they're oatmeal cookies, but we have a bunch of customers who are not natural lovers of oatmeal, who are now hooked. And if you do like oatmeal cookies, you're going to be a fan after the first bite. They're made with Sacramento Valley whole-grain wheat flour and farm fresh raisins from Yolo County in northern California.
These hearty cookies make a great gift, but we understand if you decide to keep them for yourself. And be careful—it's easy to eat more than a couple of them in a sitting, and they're not exactly low-calorie. But, as Trudy from The Upper Crust Baking Co. likes to say, “with all the thiamine, iron, dietary fiber, and antioxidants in them, they're almost good for you.” Not certified organic.
