Straus Family Creamery’s Unsalted Butter is rich, sweet and creamy, with 85% butterfat content and extremely low moisture levels. Butter with lower moisture content results in flakier pastry that rises higher and browns more evenly. This is the chefs' butter because it doesn't burn as easily as other butters. It is made in small batches in their old-fashioned 1950s butter churn.
Straus Family Creamery's certified Organic Butter is certified kosher and gluten free. The wrappers are also compostable!
