True to the traditional process, Bariani's balsamic vinegar is made from Trebbiano grapes organically grown in Yolo County and boiled down to create a concentrate, which is then fermented with a slow aging process which intensifies the flavors. Its complex and semi-sweet flavor make it a favorite in salads or drizzled over peaches. Not certified organic.
