This organic cottage cheese is made in small batches by introducing a natural enzyme to farm fresh milk from California family farms. After the milk separates into curds and whey, the curds are drained, separated them from the whey and added back in a small amount of whey for texture and flavor. All of which results in a delicious food that is great for salads, with fruit, and in many of your favorite family recipes.
