INGREDIENTS

2 ounces happy girl kitchen strawberry ginger shrub

1 ounce vodka (optional)

3 ounces ginger beer

mint, lime and strawberries for garnish

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine strawberry ginger shrub, vodka (if using) and ginger beer and stir to combine. Top with ice, mint leaves and a squeeze of lime. Cheers!
