Roasted Garlic and Dill Dressing

This creamy-yet-light dressing is easy to whip up and store in the fridge for when you want a salad.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup whole milk greek yogurt

¼ cup olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

5 cloves roasted garlic

3 tablespoons fresh dill

salt & pepper, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use.
