INGREDIENTS

4-5 apples, peeled

750 milliliters Bourbon

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the apples and place in a nonreactive container (we used a mason jar). Pour the bourbon over the top and let sit for at least one week for the apple flavor to infuse the bourbon. The longer you let it sit, the stronger the apple flavor will be. | Mix with ginger beer or serve straight up over ice.
