Vanessa's Leek Dip

Our 2015 November Employee Cooking Contest Winner.

INGREDIENTS

2 King Richard leeks – diced and washed

16 ounces cream cheese

½ cup shredded mozzarella

½ cup shredded Parmesan Romano

1 cup mayonnaise

salt and pepper to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre-heat oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Whip cream cheese for about 5 minutes.

Fold in mozzarella, Parmesan Romano, mayonnaise, and leeks into the cream cheese.

Place in a glass/oven safe container.

Bake for 10 minutes.

Serve warm with choice of chips or bread.
