Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice

Considering there are only 3 ingredients in this juice, it's surprisingly delicious and refreshing! We love the spice of the ginger - feel free to add more or less depending on your preference.

INGREDIENTS

2 apples (either Pink Lady or Fuji)

1 bunch carrots, greens removed

1 knob ginger (we used a 2-inch knob, but feel free to adjust)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Blender/Food Processor Directions: Peel and core the apples and roughly chop them. Trim the ends off the carrots and peel. Dice the carrots. Peel the ginger and roughly chop. Put the apples, carrots and ginger in a food or processor blender with a little bit of water and process until smooth. Strain if desired, pour into a glass and enjoy!

Juicer Directions: Cut the apples in half or quarters and feed them down the chute one at a time. Trim the ends off the carrots and feed them down the chute one at a time until processed. Toss the knob of ginger in (peeled or unpeeled). Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!
