
You've got to try this chocolate mousse! It's chocolatey, rich and we promise you won't be able to taste the avocado. PS: If you leave off the whipped cream, it's dairy free!
INSTRUCTIONS
Slice the avocado in half and remove the peel and pit. Add the avocado to a food processor or blender, along with the cocoa powder, honey and vanilla. Process until smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary. Taste and add more honey if desired. (We liked the dark-chocolate flavor, but if you want yours a little more sweet, feel free to add more).
Spoon the mousse into serving bowls and top with whipped cream if using, some grated chocolate, berries, or a sprinkle of sea salt.
