1 head California endive

1 cup Point Reyes "Original Blue" cheese crumbles (or more as desired)

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped

2 tablespoons honey, or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Separate endive heads into single leaves. Fill each leaf with about one tablespoon of cheese crumbles. Place chopped walnuts on each spear and drizzle with honey.
