
We love the combination of papayas and strawberries in this refreshing smoothie. The ginger flavor is light, but feel free to change the quantity if you want a stronger ginger kick.
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the end off the papaya and slice the papaya in half. Gently scoop out the seeds and discard. Peel the papaya carefully with the knife. Cut the papaya into cubes and put them in the blender, along with the strawberries, Greek yogurt, juiced oranges and ginger. Mix until combined. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
Note: Frozen fruit also makes great smoothies, so if you have extra papaya cubes or strawberries, put them in a reusable freezer container and use for your next smoothie if desired.
