Muesli is a quick, easy and nutritious breakfast. One of great things about muesli is how flexible the recipe is! If you feel like using dried fruits instead of fresh, or adding a dollop of Greek yogurt - the choice is yours. We chose to use fresh spring ingredients for this delicious dish. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup rolled oats

blueberries

strawberries

1/4 apple, sliced

1 tablespoon walnuts

1/4 cup almond milk

pinch of cinnamon

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Pour oats into the bowl.

Top the oats with berries, apple slices and walnuts.

Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon over the top.

Add the almond milk and enjoy!
