Grilled Stone Fruit
Plums, peaches, nectarines, apricots and pluots are all delicious grilled. Add to a green salad, serve over Greek yogurt and drizzle with honey, or with vanilla ice cream and a reduction of balsamic vinegar.
Heat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Cut your stone fruit in half and remove the pits.
Brush the fleshy side with grapeseed or canola oil.
Place cut side down and cook until the stone fruit are tender, about 3-8 minutes depending on the size of your fruit.
