
A yogurt poppy seed dressing brings together the raw, crunchy apples and broccoli in this healthy salad.
INSTRUCTIONS
Toss the blueberries and apple in a large bowl with the lemon juice. Add the broccoli, red onion, tomatillos and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, honey, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and zest, apple cider vinegar, poppy seeds, sea salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
