Kids and adults alike will love this creamy ranch style dressing. Also makes a great dip for veggies.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

1/4 cup sour cream

1 avocado, peeled, pitted and quartered

1/4 cup chopped flat-leaf parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup of milk (add extra for a thinner consistency)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Juice from 1/2 lime

Salt and pepper, to taste

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender.  Pulse until creamy. Add additional milk if you would like a thinner consistency for your dressing.

Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Drizzle over salad or use as a dip for vegetables.
