This kit includes a 16 oz bag of toasted bread cubes, 1 bunch of celery, 1 onion, 1 package of thyme, rosemary, and sage, and a 24 oz container of broth. This recipe is great as is, but it is also easy to customize. Try adding roasted mushrooms or winter squash, dried cranberries, diced apples or pears, toasted nuts - the options are endless! Serves 10-12 people as a side dish.
