Kit Includes: 1 lb peppers, 1 eggplant, 1 bunch basil, 3 lbs yellow Finn potatoes, 1 bunch parsley, 1 doz. pasture-raised eggs, 2 heads garlic, 1 bunch chives, 1 bunch tarragon, 32 oz dried Canario beans, 1 red onion, 1 bunch rosemary, 2 lemons 375 ml Cobram Estates Olive Oil and an Upper Crust baked apple tart. Included are recipes to prepare your feast!
*To complete the Grand Aioli Feast you will need to provide the following items:
From the pantry: Salt, black pepper, a bay leaf, Cayenne pepper (optional), and red wine vinegar.
From the market: 6-8 lamb loin or rib chops or 4-6 halibut steaks, bread for the table, and wine.
