Boulder Canyon was founded by brothers John and Mark Maggio in 1994, setting out on a journey to redefine the snack food industry by introducing a line of kettle-cooked potato chips that reflected the rugged beauty of their surroundings. Their aim was to create a hearty, wholesome, absolutely delicious snack, using better-for-you oils, like olive oil and avocado oil.
