About the producer
Vicolo (Veek.oh.lo), from the Italian for “little alley,” was named for their original location in San Francisco. Out of that alley, they’ve earned a reputation for rustic artisan pizzas topped with fine cheeses, fresh vegetables and seasonal ingredients. Inspired by centuries-old Italian cooking traditions, their signature crust combines unbleached wheat flour and freshly ground non-GMO corn meal to create a distinctively rich taste and crunchy texture.
