AWAKE is our bold and robust cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil designed for roasting, sauteing, soups, stews, and bread. Made with early-harvest Arbequina olives grown on small family farms in California’s Central Coast. Our olives are cold-pressed by a master miller within 90 minutes of harvest for freshness and flavor. Not certified organic.

About the producer

Brightland extra virgin olive oils and vinegars are consciously crafted on small family farms in California and contain only fruit, love and sunshine. Founder Aishwarya Iyer decided to bottle the bright moments and memories of gathering for the family meal and to honor her farming ancestors from South India. Says Aishwarya, “Our olive oil is made with so much integrity and craft, and I wanted to build a brand that celebrates both its modernity and heritage.” They have been featured by The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and Food & Wine.
