About the producer
Erik Fritz's journey into fermented beverages began while studying at Oklahoma State University. After working several years at MICHELIN Star restaurants and upon completing an MBA from Sonoma State University, Erik combined his culinary artistry with business acumen to create Soul Fixx Kombucha in 2017.
