This simple quiche starts with organic farm fresh eggs (6), Straus' organic half & half (1 pint), organic pie dough (12 ounces) created in small batches by Fully Belly Farm, and delicious organic white cheddar cheese (8 ounces) made from the milk of Jersey cows that graze year-round in Petaluma's temperate environment, courtesy of Spring Hill Jersey Cheese. It is the perfect base for adding fresh herbs, sautéed vegetables, mushrooms, or greens. Easily feed the family with this "one pot" dish that's perfect for any time of day. Serves 4-6 people.
